1. Digital Products
All products offered by Manny’s Studio are digital items, such as customizable ticket templates.
Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, all sales are final.
Accordingly, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any digital purchases.
2. Order Issues
If you encounter any problems with your order — including difficulties downloading files, receiving incorrect files, or identifying errors in the delivered product — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at mannystudio.21@gmail.com.
We will promptly review your concern and, if applicable, provide a corrected version or technical assistance to resolve the issue.
3. Custom and Personalized Orders
Refunds and cancellations are not available for custom or personalized designs once work has commenced or the final files have been delivered.
In the event that an error occurs on our part, Manny’s Studio will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before the digital file has been delivered or made available for download. Once access is granted, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
